I have booked with smartfares more than once to St Vincent round trip, once through Barbados twice through Trinidad and did not have a problem. Customer service was great base on my experience it a good company.

Why are there so many negative reviews on your service? don't you have any integrity as a business?

Yesterday i did my online booking . they send me confirmation email. few mins later they deduct 1$ then 3.33$. the next day the debit the full amount

Did anyone get there money refund by smartfare (travel company), if so how?

“Partial refund- kept taxes' on reservation cancellation, claiming the airline had already issued tickets which was false!”
